Cari Tifosi,
Ho lavorato sodo nell'ultimo anno o giù di preparazione per questo momento. Come sapete, ho appena spostato la produzione del mio primo lungometraggio, Burlesque, che sarà nelle sale il Ringraziamento. E mi sarà finalmente liberare il mio quarto album, Bionic, questa estate l'8 giugno. Non potrei essere più eccitato di condividere finalmente questo materiale con tutti voi e volevo raggiungere e ti faccio sapere che cosa questo progetto è tutto per me.
Ogni album ho comunicato è una rappresentazione delle mie esperienze di vita personali e come mi hanno modellato. Credo fermamente che la vita è tutto sulla crescita, la scoperta di sé e di auto-espressione. Fare musica mi permette di definire le mie esperienze e condividerle con altri che potrebbero eventualmente si riferiscono. Negli ultimi quattro anni ho imparato molto su me stesso e che cosa sono capace. Che tutte le donne sono capaci. Dopo il rilascio del mio ultimo album in studio, Back to Basics, sono diventato una madre, una moglie, e più recentemente l'attrice. Tutte queste nuove esperienze mi hanno permesso di affrontare nuove sfide e di esplorare diversi lati di me stesso io non sapevo nemmeno esistesse. Sono una donna che indossa molti cappelli e porta molte responsabilità. Ci sono così tante caratteristiche che mi definiscono, e questo album è stato messo insieme per rappresentare tutte quelle parti diverse di me stesso. Il suono non è necessariamente facile da definire perché non sono facile da definire. Sono in grado di essere seri. Posso essere giocoso. Sessuale. Amare. Tough. Laboriosa. Onesto. Per catturare tutte queste caratteristiche ho scelto di collaborare con una grande varietà di artisti e produttori tra i diversi generi musicali. Sono stato in grado di esplorare e creare un nuovi elementi, sento sexy con strumenti elettronici e organici con temi che vanno dal giocoso al introspettiva. Questo mi ha permesso di sfidare me stesso utilizzando la mia voce in modi che non avevo mai prima. Inoltre mi ha permesso di spingere i confini personali ed esplorare ciò che è possibile per il mio futuro e per me come artista.
Troverete in questo album le canzoni che rappresentano i molti lati di me. Ho imparato che come tutte le donne a volte sono capace di essere sovrumano. Come tutte le donne sono BIONIC ...
Non vedo l'ora di vedere tutti voi sulla strada molto presto. Nel frattempo, continuate a controllare: ecco come sto preparando a lanciare il mio nuovo sito e migliorato nel prossimo futuro. Sarà un posto per voi tutti di connettersi con l'altro, con me, e per assicurare che si sono aggiornati con tutte le informazioni ufficiali. A Special Message From Christina
Dear Fans,
I have been hard at work over the last year or so preparing for this moment. As you know, I have just wrapped production on my first feature film, Burlesque, which will be in theaters this Thanksgiving. And I will finally be releasing my fourth studio album, Bionic, this summer on June 8th. I couldn’t be more excited to finally share this material with you all and I wanted to reach out and let you know what this project is all about for me.
Each album I release is a representation of my personal life experiences and how they have shaped me. I strongly believe that life is all about growth, self-discovery and self-expression. Making music allows me to define my experiences and share them with others who might hopefully relate. Over the past four years I have learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of. What all women are capable of. Since the release of my last studio album, Back to Basics, I have become a mother, a wife, and most recently an actress. All of these new experiences have allowed me to face new challenges and explore different sides of myself I did not even know existed. I am a woman who wears many hats and carries many responsibilities. There are so many characteristics that define me, and this album was put together to represent all of those different parts of myself. The sound is not necessarily easy to define because I am not easy to define. I can be serious. I can be playful. Sexual. Loving. Tough. Hardworking. Honest. To capture all of these characteristics I chose to collaborate with a variety of artists and producers across different musical genres. I was able to explore and create a fresh, sexy feel using both electronic and organic elements with subject matters ranging from playful to introspective. This allowed me to challenge myself by using my voice in ways I never had before. It also allowed me to push personal boundaries and explore what is possible for my future and me as an artist.
You will find on this album songs that represent the many sides of me. I have learned that like all women I am sometimes capable of being superhuman. Like all women I am BIONIC…
I look forward to seeing all of you on the road very soon. In the meantime, keep checking here as I am preparing to launch my new and improved website in the near future. It will be a place for you all to connect with each other, with me, and to insure that you are updated with all official information. There are a lot of fun surprises in store for this year!
